Just Life

Hi gang. You might notice that I’m updating my site more often now. My buddy Micah’s blog has inspired me. I’m trying to build this site, one piece at a time. I have some ideas for content to add, but its gonna take time. Providing something worth reading isn’t quite as easy as you might imagine.

I’d also like to bring in some images to spruce up its appearance, but that takes even more time. I do like the simple presentation of this site, but a few images would be a nice addition.

Last fall I started a new bible reading plan, in which you read three sections of scripture at a time. The plan is to start in Genesis, Job and Matthew all at the same time, and each day read one chapter from each, until you reach the end of the bible. I’ve been enjoying this immensely. Right now i’m in Numbers, Psalms and John (yep, I’ve skipped some days).

Last thursday (July 31) was my birthday. I had a fun party, and also received The Simpsons entire 2nd season on DVD and a photographic history of flight from my Dad (does he know me or what!?!?), and some cash from my Mom. I’d call that a great birthday, wouldn’t you?
